The property
The villa is a recently built single-storey house, surrounded by a large lawn and olive trees, with a pool looking out over the hills around Fermo.

The pool
The pool is the heart of the house: a rectangle of turquoise water with a wooden sun deck, surrounded by lawn and open to the valley.
In the morning it mirrors the front of the villa; at sunset it glows with the colours of the sky. Here the hours slip by unnoticed.
The garden
A large, well-kept lawn surrounds the house, dotted with olive trees and flowering hedges. There is room to play, read in the shade or simply listen to the silence of the countryside.
In the evening the garden is softly lit: the perfect moment for dinner outdoors.
The living room
The living room is bright and welcoming, with large French windows opening onto the garden. A projector and screen turn your evenings into a private cinema.
